Online Introduction To FPP

Your Workshop Link will be sent in your confirmation email. Please download the Teams App (Microsoft) in preparation. This is a free app that will allow you to join our workshop.

You'll find the Foundation Paper Piecing (FPP) technique is used in some of Lucy's patterns; Glow Up & Blackwell for example. FPP involves sewing fabric pieces onto a printed, numbered paper template, ensuring consistent results every time. Sharp points are made with ease and complex designs can be pieced precisely.

This session will walk you through the technique, using the gorgeous Fox Panel shown, to provide you with all the skills and confidence to take on any FPP design you desire!

As usual, The pattern will need to be purchased prior to the class and the template printed. Standard A4 paper is fine. You can find it here (There is also a larger panel available in the designers Etsy shop):

• Fabric- leftovers are great

• Basic haberdashery kit

Cancellation Policy

There is no right for you to cancel the Contract & no refunds will be given on deposit or full payments for a Workshop, although if you are unable to attend a Workshop, please let us know as soon as possible. You may send someone in your place if you prefer. Please let us know their contact details (name, address, email address & telephone number) in advance so that arrangements may be made where possible & confirmation details can be passed on. If you are booking a Course of Workshops there is no entitlement to replace or catch up on missed sessions within that course at a later date.
