With Layers of Time, my 2026 collection, I wanted a pattern that didn't crowd or compete, but instead let every single print take centre stage in its own block, paired back with just one supporting colour so nothing gets lost in the noise. To add a little movement and rhythm without overcomplicating the steps, each star is framed with a sashing fabric pulled from elsewhere in the collection — a second dance partner that helps the block grow and gives it that lovely double-impact finish. It's a simple pairing, but it's intentional: like a well-rehearsed partner dance, it only takes two elements moving in sync to create something that feels bigger than the sum of its parts.
